Dessert is a course that is usually part of every meal we had. The course mainly consists of sweet food and beverages like; cheese, nuts, or other savory food that will make it unique. As everyone says, having dessert is not good after a meal or not healthy for our body because it contains a lot of calories. Therefore, we decided to put beets on our sweets. 

Beets are a popular root vegetable that is used in many cuisines around the world due to the reason that this is filled with essential vitamins; it is a fount of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), potassium, manganese, iron, and vitamin C.
